Melanie's Gift

My friend Melanie (she is the one who taught me how to sew the bags) is having a boy in a few weeks. She has a daughter who is almost 3 yrs old. So I decided to make her daughter a dress and her son a little outfit that matches. I also made some cute little shoes for the baby. I think they turned out very cute if I do say so myself. I thought the shoes would be very hard but they weren't bad at all. I think Caelyn need a pair now. With the boy outfit, I used snap tape for the first time. I was nervous that it would be hard to work with but it was not a problem. FUN Project!

Winter Dresses

I made this jumper for Lauren last year (Jan. '09.) I found the extra fabric a few months ago and decided to make Caelyn a matching dress without Lauren knowing. It was a great surprise, and it is always fun to have matching girls.

Amy's Bags

My friend Amy wanted me to make her a couple of bags. She picked out the fabric. I think they turned out great. I really like the embellishments (i.e. rick rack, buttons, interior fabric, etc.)

Family Stockings

Now I need to figure out a stocking for Caelyn. Any ideas for a girly head?
